At our second regular Convocation held on 12th May RWyBro Vic Wisdon acted as Supreme Ruler. We welcomed RWyBro Len Palmer PGSR into the Conclave escorted by WyBro Tan Rusby. WrBro Roy Lester admitted Bro Stephen Hearne to the 2nd Degree assisted by WyBro Tan Rusby who delivered the lecture and WyBro Paul Swarbrick.
Our third regular Convocation on 5th September was also our first Installation meeting and WyBro Mike Chambers was duly Installed by RWyBro Vic Wisden. The explanation of the Weapons was given in an excellent manner by Bro Paul Brennan. At the Festive Board RWyBro Paul Hollebone replying on behalf of the visitors entertained us all with one of his stories!
Friday 19th February 2016
This was our first meeting as a Conclave following our Consecration last September. We opened the Conclave and welcomed our Supreme Ruler WyBro Len Palmer, DPrGrSR and our other guest WyBro Kevin Lysaght. Bro Stephen Hearne was Inducted into our lovely Order by WyBro Roy Lester assisted by WyBro Tan Rusby and Bro Paul Swarbrick in a wonderful ceremony; the future of our Conclave looks bright.
We then retired to the dining room for our Festive Board.

On Tuesday 15th September 2015 at 5pm in the Uckfield Masonic Centre, Uckfield, West Sussex, Phillip B. Waterfall Conclave No 621 was Consecrated.
The Consecrating Officer was Right Worthy Brother Victor Alan Wisden, Past Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler who conducted the ceremony in an exemplary manner and with great dignity and competence. He was assisted by R.Wy.Bro. Laurie Young, PGSR (Surrey), acting as Counsellor, V.Wy.Bro. Trevor Harrison, PGV (Kent), acting as Guide, Wy.Bro. Alan Hall acting as Chaplain, Wy.Bro. John Fuller Prov.Grand Recorder, Wy.Bro. Derek Oliver, Orator, Wy.Bro. Tan Rusby acting as Prov.Grand DC., Wy.Bro.David Raymond, PAGDC (Kent), acting as Provincial Grand Assistant DC., Wy.Bro. David Shelton, Provincial Grand Organist (Surrey), Wy.Bro. Terry Brown Prov.G.Guarder, and Wy.Bro. Eyo Nkune Prov.G. Sentinel. All those officers completed their duties in a similar manner to the Consecrating Officer.
Following the Consecration ceremony, the Past PGSR invited Right Worthy Brother Paul Norman Rose, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, to occupy the chair in order to Install the Supreme Ruler of the Conclave, Worthy Brother Leonard Peter Palmer PAGDC Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler. The PGSR was assisted by Wy.Bro. Alan Hall as Chaplain, Wy.Bro. Tan Rusby as DC and Wy.Bro. Terry Brown as Guarder. This ceremony was also conducted in a similar manner to the Consecration.
Following the addresses, Bro. Paul Swarbrick was invited to give the Lecture on the weapons which he completed with great skill and ability.
The SR then appointed and invested the officers chosen to assist him and then dealt with the Conclave business on the agenda.
Following the alms collection, the PGSR accompanied by the Consecrating Officer and Team retired from the Conclave.
The festive board after the meeting was a magnificently convivial occasion with a great deal of chatter amongst those present. The PGSR had invited four ladies to attend, those being Mrs. Joyce Waterfall, Phillips widow, and as company for her, his wife Mrs. Janet Rose, Mrs. Gina Palmer and Mrs. Megs Wisden. The PGSR’s wife made some savoury tartlets which were distributed in the bar before the meal and were gratefully received by all who consumed them. 46 members dined on Coronation Chicken Salad followed by Braised rump of lamb on mash and seasonal vegetables, followed by Spiced Pears in red wine and ice cream. Everyone in attendance thoroughly enjoyed the meal which concluded at 9pm.
The Conclave will meet at Uckfield Masonic centre on the 3rd Friday in February, 2nd Thursday in May and the 1st Monday in September (Installation).
